In the Carribean islands (Martinique and Guadeloupe), the "décollage" ("taking off") is a 70° Rhum in which wormwood leaves have macerated. It is a tonic drink that certainly wakes up with the sunrise. Another version, with less alcohol, will relieve your gastric pains.
