Absinthe spoons

The absinthe spoons have carried their magic from the end of the 19th century till today, they are unavoidable and fascinating at the same time. We place them on our absinthe glasses, we add a piece of sugar on their center, we then let the drip of iced water dissolve the sugar and thus pour through the holes a cool and slightly sweetened water that will perfectly louche our beverage.
